3. How do we collect personal data?
MOA collects information from Users when they make use of those features of the Website that require them to provide certain personal data. Specifically, MOA will record the following information:
– Contact or information request forms (How can we help you?, Are you part of the partner network?”), sending e-mails, telephone calls and/or contacts through any other communication channel: the personal data (including, but not limited to, name, surname, telephone number, and e-mail address) that the User voluntarily provides through the aforementioned forms, by sending an e-mail, in the course of telephone conversations and/or contacts maintained with the User through any other communication channel that MOA makes available to the User (e.g. instant messaging applications).
The use of the different forms and/or functionalities enabled on the Website is voluntary. However, some fields are necessary to correctly deal with your request, so the User’s refusal to provide the information required in the mandatory fields will prevent MOA from dealing with your request.
4. Why do we process your data?
The personal data provided by the User through forms provided on the Website, by sending emails, in the course of telephone conversations and/or contacts maintained by any other communication channel provided by MOA, will be processed for the purposes and on the legal bases listed below:

To attend and respond to requests made by Users through web contact forms or requests for information, by sending emails to the addresses provided on the Website, through telephone conversations and / or through any other communication channel enabled by MOA.
Prior authorization of the User, for the sending of commercial communications by electronic means about MOA’s training offer and/or events or activities organized or sponsored by MOA.
– Compliance with the legal obligations applicable to MOA as a result of the processing described in the previous section (Art. 6.1, letter “c” of the GDPR).
5. Who will we share your data with?
Users’ personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except for compliance with legal obligations to which MOA is subject.
However, MOA may contract with third party providers for the infrastructure and/or the provision of services necessary for the proper functioning of the Website. In such case MOA undertakes to select and contract only with suppliers that offer an adequate level of protection and allow the exercise of your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data.
6. How long will we keep your data?
Personal data will be kept by MOA.

– In the case of commercial communications, until the User revokes the consent given to receive them.
Once the aforementioned periods have elapsed, Users’ personal data may be blocked and kept by MOA for the purpose of meeting any liabilities arising from the processing and only for the period of limitation of such liabilities. After this period, the personal data will be deleted by MOA.
7. How should I update my personal data?
The User guarantees that the personal data provided to MOA through this Website are true, correct, current and complete. The User is responsible for communicating to MOA any modification or update of the same, by sending a communication to the postal or electronic addresses provided in the section “What are your rights” and following the indications contained therein.
8. What happens if I provide MOA with third party data?
In general, Users are prohibited from providing personal data relating to third parties. However, in the event that the User provides personal data of third parties, the User shall, prior to the inclusion or communication of their data to MOA, inform such persons of the contents of this Privacy Policy. The User guarantees that he/she has obtained the prior consent of these third parties for the communication of their personal data to MOA for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Users have the right to withdraw at any time the consent given for the processing of their data. Likewise, Users may exercise before MOA their rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of their data, limitation and opposition to its processing, as well as not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of their data, where appropriate.
